Default what kind of excercise do you do?
I have just started taking my dogs for a hour walk everyday (especially with all this free time I should be able to keep doing it) for the past four days we have gone for walks and they seem to be enjoying the time with me....

be careful where you walk them

if more than a mile is on cement or asphalt it can tear up their pads until they are toughened

I have been trying to shed weight so I walk 4-6 miles every day. Been doing that for at least 3 months

I might start going back to the gym to improve the metabolism.

My job involves a lot of walking around. And I occasionally play floorball.

I do a lot of physical work at work.
If I feel the need for exercise I'll help someone unload a ton of tile or two.
I should probably do more but it's hot and I'm lazy.

do whatever my gym teacher teaches.

sit ups, push ups, pull ups, running, weight training, biking (although I can't do that), spinning, etc.

I need to start running again, and apparently I'll be able to use the gym at work for free in a few weeks...

I never said I wanted to. But it's not my fault that nobody else in this house wants to keep your son out of things they can't bother locking.

I have an addictive stream in me when it comes to exercise. I can go a long time doing nothing and then finally get fed up with being fat and start doing something. No way I can lose weight on a diet so I exercise. Used to run a lot. But I would get sick too much so pretty much gave that up. I never liked the running but there was a definite high you got from doing it once it was over with. Takes me about 2-3 weeks to get addicted and then I can not quit

I walk as often as I can on the trails on my property. Bad weather and winter has me walking the malls..... but not nearly as often or as convenient as heading out the front door on your own property..... plus the spending gets a bit easier at the malls!

Also running after a toddler, going up and down two flights of stairs about 10 times a day, walks, crunches, eating smaller more frequent meals, sex, handjob, blowjob... gets my biceps strong.
