Default Personal Challenge
I am most likely going to celebrate 4th of July with John and his family at their lake house. That means I'll be wearing a swim suit. I have something like 5 weeks before I leave here and I want to lose a full ten pounds.

I'm going to use this thread to keep track of everything. Y'all can post in it or ignore it or whatever.

Thanks y'all!

I've already got my diet plan laid out. That's not what the problem is. I just need to move around more. I'm aiming for three miles in 30 min or less by the time I get there. And I'm lifting not quite everyday but often. I don't think it will be hard once I get going.

I gained a lot a while back. I just started eating at home and dropped 25 pounds in two months. I've been at this weight over a year and I am ready to nudge the scale a little more. I'm going for 125 or 130 ultimately.

I'm starting tomorrow. Hopping on the treadmill around 6 or so.

I did awful today! I was in Wally and the California Pizza Kitchen pizzas caught my eye on the way up to the register. I figured I could have one "poor me" meal. So I bought a pizza. And then somehow managed to eat the whole damn thing. Lots of time on the treadmill tomorrow...
