I am most likely going to celebrate 4th of July with John and his family at their lake house. That means I'll be wearing a swim suit. I have something like 5 weeks before I leave here and I want to lose a full ten pounds.
I'm going to use this thread to keep track of everything. Y'all can post in it or ignore it or whatever. |

Thanks y'all!
I've already got my diet plan laid out. That's not what the problem is. I just need to move around more. I'm aiming for three miles in 30 min or less by the time I get there. And I'm lifting not quite everyday but often. I don't think it will be hard once I get going. I gained a lot a while back. I just started eating at home and dropped 25 pounds in two months. I've been at this weight over a year and I am ready to nudge the scale a little more. I'm going for 125 or 130 ultimately. |

I'm starting tomorrow. Hopping on the treadmill around 6 or so.
I did awful today! I was in Wally and the California Pizza Kitchen pizzas caught my eye on the way up to the register. I figured I could have one "poor me" meal. So I bought a pizza. And then somehow managed to eat the whole damn thing. ![]() |
