Default Workingout
I have been going to the gym again and I must admit, I feel good. I have a friend (tammy) that forces me to go. She is great. I wish Tasha was on my rotation again so we could go.

Any good workout routines that I should try?
I already do cardio. 30-45 minutes.. probably need to increase that some.

It DOES perk you up for certain

I started working out hard again around 2 weeks ago, and I can feel the benefits already in all things

Mentally and physically. I believe running really helps me think clearer on matters.....thinking has gotta be better than hearing myself breathe heavy anyway!!

I can only do about 10 minutes on the eliptical. I call it the devil machine. But I have gotten good at riding the bike. Ive been alternating between the 3; walking, eliptical and biking and its seems to be doing ok right now.

I can never push myself hard enough on a bike to make it worthwhile!!

Doing the cardio is great and the time that you're doing it is really good, V. Add weightlifting (and I don't mean like bodybuilding weightlfiting) to your routine and it will be really solid. I've been doing that for a little over a month and a half and I've been really happy with the results!

Which is a good thing to do...so many people try to push through it (myself included) and end up really hurting themselves (myself included lol)...when you're feeling better and want to ad abs to your routine, try a stability ball...it's great for building core strength and it takes a lot of the pressure off of your back. Plus, you REALLY feel it in your abs!

Working with your own body resistance works really well.. doing squats and pushups or sitiups etc... Also the yoga bands or balls do wonders for your core
