Are these worth using if you want to lose a bit of extra baggage? Or are they as evil as my mother says? If anyone has any advice I'd appreciate it. Ta

I don't actually have any, I thought they were all much of a muchness really? The thought just came into my mind earlier and was wondering if they were worth having a go

I would recommend not, PARTICULARLY, at your age, unless a GP prescribes them for you

All they do is dehydrate you. Quick fix and absolutely no good if you want to keep the weight off.

On a comical note, the missus once hid hers in a cold and flu tablets pot, wondered why, when I had had a cold they made me feel like crap!
