I went for a really short, maybe 2 mile at absolute most (rounded up), bike ride this morning. And now I am nearly dead, granted it was moderatley hilly terrain - but still it shouldn't have killed me like it did.
I shouldn't be so surprised really, I know I'm not very fit. But that will change soon enough. I'll be on the bike every morning until I rediscover some part of my past fitness. Or I die, whichever happens first. ![]() ![]() Oh, and to put it in some sort of perspective - I once ran a 5 minute mile, and that's a little short for my optimum distance. Now I don't think I could even finish. ![]() |
