Default Working on my abs
I've got a 3 set DVD box of tae-bo exercises. And one of them is working on your abs alone and I've been doing that one by itself since Monday and I can really feel it today. My back, shoulders, and my stomach are so sore. I really need to focus on my abs. Ever since I had a c-section, my stomach has not been the same. Since my muscles were cut, it is very hard to get back a flat stomach, but I am determined to try to get as close to a flat stomach as I can get. I think Im gonna take a break from it this weekend though.

You should, you have to give your body time to rebuild the muscles.

I have always been told to never work the same muscle every day. To take a break every other day.

This is where alot of people go wrong.
Doing ab excersizes wont flatten your stomach, it`ll just give those people who already have a flat stomach a 6 pack. If you want a flat stomach you need to do cardio work and some ab excersizes too.
