Default whats wrong with me??
lately i have been getting real strong sharp pains in just certain parts of my head. like the back of the head and back sides(right near the ears)

and if i bend down for anything some times my whole head hurts. like a strong pulsating pain then stops after a few minutes.

and some times i wake up from what seems and feels like a internal vibrating shock in my body. thats been going on for a while

i am going to the doctor on monday but i wonder whats wrong.

Sounds terrible, Haus. Do you have other symptoms? Like what you would associate with a cold? Could be Viral Syndrome.

I had it last year. My head felt like it was in a vice at times almost constantly. It had to run its course. The doctor recommended Ibuprofen. That did the trick. It took the edge off the pain until it eventually went away completely.

Best to wait and see your doctor though. I hope it turns out okay.

Yeah seeing the dr is smart.

Could be that nasty head ache flu. I had that same thing happen a couple of weeks ago I could hardly move. It went away though.

Or it could be a migraine or something.

Keep us all posted, hope you feel better.

You will probably be reffered to a neurologist.

It could be some sort of neuralgia or neuritis

im not sick so i dont think its a head flu. blood pressure is usually good.

im thinking i will have to see a neurologist like the last poster said.

i do have uncontrolable puckering thats been going on for years. thought maybe it was a habit but i was told i do it in my sleep as well.

i barely ever get head aches and rarely ever get migranes. when i get that shooting pain it usually only lasts for a few mins and then its gone.

and it doesnt feel like a needle. by a sharp pain its a semi big portion of my head that gets really bad pain. the leaves after a few mins. i get the right in the back of the head and also on both sides of the side/back right near the ears
