i've been on atkins since 08/31. the first week i lost about 10 pounds. now every time i step on the scale it says i've gained a pound and i haven't lost anything for days. i do high intensity exercise almost daily, i haven't cheated so far and i drink at least 60 oz of water daily. am i doing something wrong? i've had ketosis breath since day 3, today is day 12 and i noticed that it's not nearly as prevalent as it once was. am i slipping out of ketosis?
