Check it out... interesting that the fats/oils are above the fruit, and cheese is above the veggies and fruit and in with the legumes/nuts/fats. They really do expect people to limit cheese! It says: "To lose weight; eat foods from the base of the pyramid – lean protein, leafy greens, vegetables and healthy oils.
