Fuzz, you need to eat hun.
I know you don't 'feel' like it right now, but your intelligence knows other wise. Personally when I am weight lifting - I eat lean white chicken and white turkey meant (no skin), tuna fish, halibut, and shrimp (all grilled) to really hook me up with low calorie protein. If you don't feel like cooking ... grab some energy/protein bars and some Ensure. Take a once a day multivitamin as that may help as well with brain function and energy. But seriously Fuzz ... eat ... please eat even if you don't 'feel' like it ... You know it is what is best, so just make yourself. Fondly, Gracie |
