I'm still not used to this work schedule.. and not getting the sleep I need.. when I'm off, I tend to fall asleep a few times a day... (I swear its narcolepsy) and then I'm wired til 1-2am... then I'm tired all the next day, and I wanna nap... and so on...
Maybe I need a new bed time ritual.... so what do you do? I usually sleep in a bat cave... everything must be dark and quiet.. nothing flashing, no lights, nothing ticking...curtains closed tight.. It's just not working the same for me... |
