Default Time to change things up a bit!
I know a lot of you have been working hard at shedding those few extra pounds, and our fitness challenge and the weight tracker thread just isn't cutting it...V decided we should try somehting new. Everyone who is actively participating in the fitness challenge, or anyone who would like to, can make their own thread and log their updates in there. It can be your own personal fitness journal to post your progress in. This is just an example of how you can make your first post, just to introduce the thread:

Age:
Starting Weight:
Current weight:
Goal Weight: Next you can share something with us about what modifications to your lifestyle you have been making each week...whether that includes cutting out sodas, eliminating sodium, reducing your fat intake...whatever you decides that works for you. Also don't forget to include the amount and type of exercise you are getting this week. I think these threads will inspire many people once we get them going...maybe they will inspire me as well. I need a pick me up. You can journal in them daily or weekly, you can log all the food you eat in them, your calorie intake...it's up to you how you want to do it. I hope I see some good threads go up soon! Maybe we will have a new journal stickied each week for everyone to see...so make them pretty and make them good! :-p
