Tomorrow is the day people! Post here either A) What weight you started at and what weight you are now, or B) How many pounds total you have lost since last week (only do this if you are uncomfortable sharing your weight with us). I had a busy weekend...didnt go to the gym. But I lost one pound by just paying attention to what i eat...

I hardly drink that much anymore. As of a couple of weeks ago I only drink about 2-3 beers a day. Except maybe Sundays (RaceDay).
