Default Pole dancing:What do you do to stay healthy?
I usually walk/run, swim and workout, but its boring and repetitive sometimes, so I tagged along to a pole dancing class with my sister and found that it is the ultimate in exercise; fat burning, a great body toner, good for flexibility and a lot of fun.

So, what do you do to stay healthy?

I usually go the gym every other day (try to anyway), doing treadmill running, weightlifting, and situps for the abs. It does get quite repetitive and boring sometimes, I agree, but I just have to stay fit, otherwise I'll die.

Pole dancing sounds incredible, I would absolutely LOVE to try it!! Can you tell me a little bit more about what sort of things you learnt at the class? Was it the whole shebang with "climbing" the pole and hanging upside-down and stuff?

i go to the gym 5 days a week (excluding this past week heh). 2 times a week I do pilates (the reformer machine, not mat), every day I do at least 30-45 min of cardio. And I also do weights every day. Sometimes I swim also, but i have issues with my hair drying out really bad from chlorine so i dont do that every day :-p

I've tried to pole dance before...the worst part is having your legs STICK to the pole. It fucking HURTS!

Don't you usually get powder stuff to put on before you swing yourself arounf the pole?

Wow!! Pole dancing sounds interesting! I don’t go to gym. Instead, I do different Yoga and some free hand exercises everyday to keep myself fit.

i always wanted to try an aerobic pole dancing class...but now i would probably hate it since i'm around a pole everyday.

And as for legs sticking, eventually your legs will get use to it and toughen up!
