Default Just when I thought my day couldn't get any worse...
I stepped on the scale.

I haven't lost ANY weight since October. Sizes, yes, but no pounds.

Anyways. This week, after a 3.5 month stall, I have lost 4.2 pounds!

Don't worry about the weight too much if the sizes are dropping, its how you look anyway and you look great. Be happy.

it's still very frustrating to not see a pound go away in over 3 months. I know size matters more, but even still I have 2 more sizes I need to drop before I am even at my size goal. And I don't think I can possibly lose any more sizes without losing more weight. I am the heaviest size 14 I have ever met lol. Last time I was a 14 I weighed 150something

Its because you have been gaining muscle. That is the reason it looks like you havent lost any.

Everyone hits a plateau when losing weight, just keep on the routine.
