its my second day on the loading phase. I am having trouble eating, appetite is gone. Is it okay to have a couple of spoon fulls of coconut oil for dinner. I wasn't sure if we were supposed to be careful with oil on the loading phase. I know it's hard to believe that you really need to eat that much food but YOU DO, but don't make yourself sick. You really need to build up your fat reserves before you start the VLCD days. Coconut oil is actually good for you and I know some people won't use it during the VLCD days but I do and I haven't had any problems with it. You need to be careful of sweets during the loading phase - I wasn't and for the first week of VLCD, I had intensely painful migraines because I ate more sweet foods than fatty - burritos, burgers, milkshake, fries, cheese, pizza. It went against everything I knew up until that point but I trusted what I read in Pounds and Inches and everything I had read turned out to be true. Good luck. |
