If she doesn't actually load, I think she needs to eat P2 foods, as much as she needs to not be hungry, for 3 days. Otherwise she's going to have hunger issues.

i still want to know how long she is holding under the tongue. I just got a friend's dose figured out and she was holding for 20-30 minutes. Once we fixed that, she was okay.
