hey everyone,
I am reading this book inorder to get a general understanding of HCG. The beginning phase after the beginning "feeding" phase is very low fat. I wanted to follow a paleo-atkins plan while doing this but of course greatly reduce my calories. Does it have to be so low fat in the beginning? |

This isn't a "diet" that you can adapt or change to your own preferences. You REALLY need to read "Pounds & Inches".
Don't focus on how deprived you think you will be. When you are not hungry, the structure of the protocol makes it easier. The ultra restrictive part is for a limited time, not forever. |

^ What she said... don't worry from now about how many calories it is because once you start you won't notice. Definitely stick to protocol for the best results. |
