I know you can't touch or apply oil on P2 of the diet, but I'm going to massage school and will be starting in september. How long do I have to wait into P3 before oil is ok to touch again?

I would guess you could touch it on Day 1, since you can introduce liberal amounts of fat into your diet on that day. Good luck!
