Ordered from escrow-the order has been in NY customs about a week. Anyone recently buy from escrow who could shed some light on the customs' time table? I am a first time buyer who is unfamiliar with the process.

It really varies. It could be a few hours or it could be a month. Or they could decide to confiscate the package. I would think you'll be getting it soon.

I bought from escrow on 07/06 and received 07/17. I don't think mine update, it said in customs, then it arrived, it never updated until it was delivered to me, another possible reason.

I had a similar experience to Sammy... I ordered 7/4 and it arrived on 7/19 (I think...) I did not pay for the expedited shipping, so it took a couple of days longer. But, mine also did not update until I think the day before it was on my doorstep, so it doesn't update everyday. I was worried about it being returned as well, but sammy and I were biting our nails together and it arrived safe and sound to both of us with no problems. Good luck!!! I'm sure it will be here before you know it!

Thanks sammy and canada. So it sounds like somewhere between 11 to 15 days. I ordered the 13th... it should be here soon.
