Thank you for starting this string. I've had a lap band since 2005. I lost 70 pounds on it in the first year. Kept it off for several years, but gained 30 pounds back when I changed jobs.

My mom, sisters and I started hcg together yesterday. Our diet plan is silent on fat loading, so I wasn't concerned about the band from that perspective. However, I'm definitely struggling to eat red meat. I haven't had any issues with my band until this restricted diet. I have eaten both normal food and slippery "bad" foods.
I was wondering if the top part of my stomache may have stretched due to my bad eating habits and is now back to what it should be with the restricted calories.

My plan is to stick with egg whites, chicken and fish with an occasional filet to squeeze in some red meat.

Like other people on this string, I am struggling with being tired and not hungry. Thank you for confirming that this is "normal". I'm hoping this will go away after a few days.
