It has sucralose so I wouldn't use it. I used it before this round and it's pretty sweet, but I did like it Tastes like a slushy water that's melted! Yummy!

Yeah, I seen it at the store yesterday and read the ingrediants. Just couldn't bring myself to try it after seeing all the gunk it has in it

I have bought four different flavors of Mio: Peach/Mango, Strawberry/Watermelon, Peach Tea, and Sweet tea, listed in the order that I like them. There can be a chemical after taste, especially with the teas, but I like the flavors and have had no problems drinking them for the past week. (This included my last few days of P2.)

I don't have any problem with sucralose and I like the taste of sucralose better than stevia. I bought them for a little less than $4/piece at Walmart. The packaging says that they make 24 servings each with each serving being 8 oz. I have not finished them and I have mixed so I am not keeping track if this is a good value compared to crystal lite, which I don't drink because of the aspartame, or diet rite, of which I drink far too much.

If you don't have issues with sucralose give the peach/mango a try. I think you will like it. If people have any recommendations for flavored liquor enhancers made with Stevia could you post where I could find them?

i went ahead and bought the fruit punch flavor. haven't had the guts to try it yet. can the sucralose mess with the diet and slow down the weight loss?

Anything with -ose at the end of it, is a sugar. And according to protocol sugars are forbidden, and they are in practically everything thats why everyone stresses the importance of reading the labels of everything you eat. However, some people have found that it does not hinder their progress. Myself I don't risk it because I haven't been the fastest loser the past week so I'm not too risky. Its basically personal preference.

Why don't you try just putting lemon juice in your water? I've been putting 2 tbsp/liter and it's pretty good! I don't add any sweetners, but you could try adding a lemon stevia or plain stevia to sweeten it up.

I've been using several of the Mio flavors. I use less than the suggested amounts, as I only want to make drinking water, palatable. I have been losing weight daily. If that stops, I'll stop using Mio and see if that makes a difference.

found these drops and thought.. wow nothing in them and they should be okay. Bad bad bad! I gained 1.8 just overnight with these.. that was the only thing I did bad yesterday. I guess I should have none..now set back a few days. A little upset but no one to blame but me.

Hiya

Sweet Leaf Vanilla or Chocolate liquid Stevia is really nice! They do a lot of flavors but they are difficult to get here in the UK.

I'd just use a lemon and some stevia and make lemonade. You never know how things will affect you.
