Default Am I stalling?
I've lost 13 pounds in 8 days (today marks day 9). I skipped p1 completely.

I lost 10 pounds the first 5 days..and the last 3-4, I've only lost 3.

Why did I lose so quick and now it's slowed? Was it water weight at the beginning or am I stalling?

Did you skip loading?

Your losses seem normal, though. Usually the first week is major losses due to water like you said. Sometimes you may only drop .5 per day. That's better than gaining or staying the same!

You will not continue to lose at that pace. The losses will slow now. And you won't lose every day either. You should not have skipped loading though. it's what triggers the leptin signaling properly.
