I've lost 13 pounds in 8 days (today marks day 9). I skipped p1 completely.
I lost 10 pounds the first 5 days..and the last 3-4, I've only lost 3. Why did I lose so quick and now it's slowed? Was it water weight at the beginning or am I stalling? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using Tapatalk 2 |
