Default FAT in FACE, ARMS and SHOULDERS :( :( :(
I'm on the HCG for couples of months and has lost 13 lbs already. I'm Asian and short, but the most terrible thing that ruins me anytime I look in the mirror is my fat arms and shoulders. Wearing some cute dresses without jacket makes me look like I have not lost any lbs

Does HCG help remove fat in my arms? And some fat in my face also ? My face looks rounder anytime I smile

I have 20 more lbs to lose, so I still hope losing those weight will help me get rid of those kinds of fat.

Please share your experiences.

Thanks in advance

It should come off there. One thing to be aware of is that when you gain weight in the face and your face is very round, sometimes it's a sign that you have insulin issues. You may be insulin resistant and really need to watch your carbs.

Just what I said about limiting your carbs. And read up in the leptin resistant forum.

Hi chubbi,

Reducing your carbohydrate intake is a step in the right direction. There's horde of resources online, particularly from physicians who support low/no carb living. Start here for an easy introduction. Several board members are having success following Dr. Kruse's Leptin Reset method.

I feel your pain on the fat arms front. Are you seeing reduction in your trouble spots elsewhere?

Thank you for your sharing, grammy1952 and GetSmaller .

My thighs, back, and waist have got slimmer, yet not my arms and face. The fat spots that stay above the jaw line are still the same. And the spots that in between my arms and shoulders are really big.

Hi! I have a same problem as you chubbi! I always have a round face and big arms and carry most of my weight on my upper body.
My thigh and butt seems to be the last part that I gain weight at....and start loosing from bottom of my body too.....
I really wish I can lose evenly and my football player looking shoulder and arms get skinnier!!!

My arms are the last place I lose. All the women in my family have enormous upper arms, going back for generations. It is just our body type. I've lost quite a bit of weight in my arms, but I don't have thin arms and never will. If I'd tone them up, I'd be happy with them, but right now, they're kind of saggy. And I've always had chubby cheeks on my face, but my face is much, much thinner now and looks good. I just have the one chin now, too.
