Anyway, back to reality, I woke up today and weighed myself. 190.6 from 198.6. None of it due to HCG but I shouldn't be in the 190's anyway. My BMI is 169 which is like impossible. 175lbs is more my "fighting" weight, I like to have some muscle on me and not be rail skinny.
To be honest, this diet is not very hard for me cause I already eat like a bird. I can go all day and eat maybe 3 slices of pizza and be totally fine. In fact, my first few days of my HCG diet is gonna be one slice of pizza around noon and another slice of pizza around 5pm. I'm also gonna do something crazy not too many people around here seem to want to do........WORKOUT!!!! I work around mostly women and all day I hear them blame food for the weight they gain and never once mention any kind of workout. Remember......we don't lose or gain fat. Muscle we gain and lose but not fat. Fat cells are like little balloons that fill up with glucose you don't use so either eat less or do more like.........WORKOUT!!!! |
