I am on phase two and am looking for protien substitutes. Is cottage an okay alternative?
Today has been a rough day on P2 I have not been feeling good so I have been craving carbs. I have been at a friend's house watching her daughter and there has been a bunch of temptation around. I unfortunately took a bite of a strawberry shortcake little Debbie; I spit it out when I realized how foolish I was being. However with as oily, sugar and fat filled those things are I'm bound to gain just from chewing it up ![]() |
