I guess this just goes to show that everyone is different, because I actually sleep better while on hcg. If you are having problems sleeping you might want to try making sure the tv and computer are shut off an hour or so before bed, and do something relaxing. Maybe a hot bath or reading. Quiet music is helpful too sometimes. Good luck and I hope you start getting some sleep! We all need plenty of rest on this diet!
