Good Evening! I am doing great so far, but wanted to know if I may have a bit more protein at lunch and dinner (like 4 or 4.5 oz of chicken breast or 96% fat free ground beef) and then make the rest of my 500 calories be a comob of veggies and/or fruit? My hcg administrator's office is closed on the weekends, so I chose to join this website.
