17, male, down to 192 from 240.5 r2p2!!!
Quick question, im used to losing like 1-1.5 pounds per day and all the sudden i have been losing only .5 pounds every day. BUT i have been doing heavy lifting and yard work every day so am i just gaining muscle and still losing actual fat? thanks just a concern of maybe im gaining muscle and the #'s are compensating or i need more protein or something ! |
