I just like certain things and I was wondering if I could eat the same things every two days? day 1-43 breakfist-fruit, lunch-4oz chicken breast+veggie, dinner-4oz chicken breast, fruit, veggie. i started at 240.5 and as of the end of r1p2 i ended up at 203.5.. i went over losing 34 lbs in 1 round, dont try it i got weird symptoms play safe! good luck! (btw im now 199.5 :P a great milestone yay!) |
