Can you have canned spinach in place of leafy spinach?

Yes, just make sure there are no other ingredients listed on the label. Frozen is also fine.

I like the frozen, I put lots of apple cider vinegar on it, just put some in the microwave to have with my fish, I probably eat it 3 to 4 nights a week, very yummy!
