Default Day 1 of P3 Today - Need Help Fast - Don't Have Food Ideas Yet.
Today is my 1st day of P3 after a 48 day P2 on hHcg. I was busy with a garage sale all weekend and didn't take time to plan what I was going to have to eat today. I have a few ideas but I really need some help fast.

First, I see people talking about butter, CO, hwc, oils, dark meat chicken and ALL of those things gross me out. I only eat white meat and I have never cooked my eggs in anything - just a clean frying pan.

Here are some things that I do like but don't know if I'm adding things too fast and if I would be eating enough.

Breakfast:

2-3 eggs with cherry tomatoes (I had this most days on P2 for lunch except w/ egg whites)

Lunch:

Chicken Breast or can of Tuna Fish in water over lettuce, tomato, and cucumber (I haven't not had any luck finding dressing without either soybean oil or sugar - any suggestions? I would like to find ranch or something creamy if possible)

Dinner:

Hamburger with tomato, lettuce and mustard (Is day 1 P3 too early to introduce cheese?)
Avocado Slices (Is it too early for avocado?)
Strawberries or Apple


Does that look okay? Too little food, too much food, not enough of the right P3 foods? I'm so lost and I've been reading the boards but seems P3 menus almost always consist of the foods/oils I don't eat.



Also, are we supposed to ease back into the calories or start consuming them all of the first day? For instance, my weight x 11 has me at 1,672.

And last question, I LOVE greek yogurt - when can I introduce that and what about mug muffins - when can those be added?

Sorry I have soooo many questions! I did well on P2 and really don't want to lose all my progress due to poor planning.
