I'm very allergic to shellfish and I've never acquired a taste for fish due to my allergy! In that case that leaves me with chicken or beef ( which I don't care for either)

Can anyone tell me if it's ok to eat chicken for lunch and dinner for a few days then eat beef?

Would you share a menu with me?
