Default Small loss and big loss
I have a couple things to ask.

I have finished my first round with hcg. Me and my friend started the diet on the same date and where on the "reduction phase" for 26 days. My friend is 2 cm lower than me and before we started the diet she weighed 27 pounds more than me. I lost 24 pounds, but she lost amazing 40 pounds! Im happy for her but how can there be such a difference? Is it simply because she had a bit more fat available and her body then released a bigger daily amout? So does a heavier person have the potential to lose more than a lighter person?

Different body composition, different diet beforehand, different hormones, more weight to lose, more water retained, different cycle, different food sensitivities... They all play into how well or fast you lose on a diet.

You are already way above the average for a small round, your friend is actually in the Simeons-would-not-have-allowed-that range. 40 is the absolute upper limit for morbidly obese people on a long round. Chances are she will gain some of that back, I wager..

It is important to do the next phases, as well...
