okay, this is weird. I weighed 163 lbs. three weeks ago after 21 days on HCG diet. tried on a pair of old pants and they were too tight. went on a planned interruption, gained weight, went back on hcg injections a week ago and finally just got back down to 163 lbs. today. Put same pants on and, wa-la, they fit and look fantastic!
why in the world did the pants look too tight at 163 lbs three weeks ago but look great now at 163 lbs, after gaining and losing 5 lbs? did my fat redistribute or something??? also interesting is that these pants fit me like this last spring at 155 lbs. now I'm 8 lbs heavier and they look great. what's going on??? is the fat completely gone, or is it hiding somewhere else on my body? I'm stumped. |

It's called Pounds and Inches for a reason. In P2 you loose the pounds, in P3 and P4 you loose the inches. On P2 you will loose some inches but it really shows up in P3 and P4. This protocal reshapes you because you loose fat that is abnormal, not the normal fat we need hence you loose in places you never have before. As far as the interuption goes, it was kind of like P3, even though you ate the wrong things.
