Default Migraine and weight loss...what's next??
This is my second time on hhcg and it is going so much better than my first round. I caved and cheated every week it seemed like in R1 and I am now on VLCD 6 and holding strong! Yesterday however I woke up with a migraine that knocked me out for the better part of the day, when I get migraines I get the whole package so I stayed in my dark bedroom and slept the day away. I weighed in yesterday at 119.2 and managed to at least get in a protein shake and an apple but my nausea wouldn't allow anything more than that. I was sort of shocked (but not really) to wake up today with a 1.6 lb loss. I did take some excedrin migraine yesterday but that was it for meds. I also drank a little more milk than I should have, but I do love milk and to get my multivitamin down without my body rejecting it i opted for something I love. I only drank about 48 oz. of water as well, I tried so hard but just couldn't do it! My question is after my loss this morning and being able to eat an apple, 100g top sirloin steak, I did substitute a protein shake for my other meat because I was still feeling the nausea and I skipped my veggies again, will I gain a lot of it back or stall?? I also think I need to adjust my drops because right now I am doing 10 drops 3x's a day and i do get a tad hungry here and there. I have also been weak and lightheaded but again that could be from yesterday's not eating. I do not eat any of the carbs though and sometimes skip veggies so I am never at the 500 cal mark. If I gain weight after yesterday and today will it be water weight? I guess I'm just confused because I didn't have this problem last time and the only info I can find is on cold/flu. Any advice would be great, although I don't know what to expect I guess i have it coming!
