Hi, I need some help. I'm a newbie and started 18 days ago. Doing great. Down about 15lbs. The last 4 days the scale has moved up .5 and down .5. Not sure if this is a plateau? When would you suggest an apple day? Has anyone had this "no movement". Very frustrating but very thankful.

it is very common to spend a bit of time waffling around a pound or two. After 15 lbs in 18 days, your body is taking a breather. You're average round now is fantastic.
I do not recommend apple days. The weight lost is water weight and often there's rebound from it. Some people can't handle that many carbs in a day either. |
