It's not based on the amount but on the best dose for you. The best dose can be different for everyone. If you have no hunger, then you are on the right dose. Too high a dose will make it not work as well and so will too low of a dose. You want the RIGHT dose. So you don't know how much you are taking? The amount in the syringe doesn't tell you anything.

first off, check your drops and see if they list hcg as an ingredient. They should say hcg 3x, 6x, 12x or something like that. If it's not listed, the drops are fake. There are a lot of fake drops out there. If they do list hcg as an ingredient, skip your drops today and see how you feel by evening. You may feel better.
