Default Question about eating
The nuts and bolts: Round one. Today is day 1 of my VLCD. Loaded yesterday and day before. I'm taking subQ injections.

Here's the question: I started my morning at 7:30 a.m. Took my injection, drank two (8 oz) cups of coffee and two (8 oz) cups of water. It's now 3 hours later and I just started 100 grams of an apple. My problem is that I'm not hungry after a couple bites of the apple. Can I set it aside and eat the rest of it later today, as long as I finish it sometime today (with the rest of protocol), or do I need to eat the entire serving in one sitting?

I assume this will happen more than with just my first attempt at eating, so any opinion/advice on whether it's okay to break up my portions into smaller snack-size portions throughout the day is appreciated.

Thank you.

You can't eat two fruits or two protein or two melbas or two veg together. But you don't have to eat your whole meal at once. You can spread a meal out, but you can't combine meals.

Good luck - on the plus side your dose must be bang on to not be experiencing any hunger
