Default B12 sublingual tablets
Okay, so I went to a clinic yesterday to get my injections (will begin P2 tomorrow). They also gave me B12 sublingual tablets. I notice the ingredients include the following: Beta Cyclodextrin, Dextrose, Maltodextrin, Sorbitol, Compritol, Silica. I thought Dextrose was a sugar. Does anyone know about these ingredients and do you think it would hurt to take these? If so, should I look for another form of b12? Thanks.
