Okay, so I went to a clinic yesterday to get my injections (will begin P2 tomorrow). They also gave me B12 sublingual tablets. I notice the ingredients include the following: Beta Cyclodextrin, Dextrose, Maltodextrin, Sorbitol, Compritol, Silica. I thought Dextrose was a sugar. Does anyone know about these ingredients and do you think it would hurt to take these? If so, should I look for another form of b12? Thanks.

I am doing seperate injections, one for hcg and one for the B12. I read that some think that the B12 can break down the hcg. I saw where some were doing it in one injection by first drawing up the hcg, and then drawing in the B12 using the same syringe. But I'm using 1/2 cc syringes and there just isn't enough room for both. I ordered from Trim Nutrition and was very pleased with them. I received my order in 4 days. I had to order a kit though, and the kit comes with IM needles that I'm not going to use. I haven't had any problems doing them Subq.
Sorry Selah, I don't mean to hijack your post. |

If you are worried check out the B-12 edible film strips that frequency apps carries. I used these while doing hcg. |
