Started beginning of Week 2 of VLCD
Weight: 5/19 193.5 5/20 193.5 5/21 193.0 5/22 193.5 5/23 193.5 I am incredibly frustrated of course. TOM is coming in 4 days, so maybe its water? I don't know. I can do an apple day but it seems the consensus is that they don't do anything. I'm sticking to protocol. The only sweeteners I use are packets of Stevia or Stevia drops and that is limited. I might use 4 packets a day total and yesterday was the first time I used the drops. I'm tired of chicken and steak but its worth it when seeing drops... how do you mentally get through the stalls and physically break them? |
