I was wondering what kinds of vitamins are ok, or I should be taking on the diet. I have 100+ pounds to lose so I'm thinking I need something for skin elasticity. I bought, MSM, B-12, vitamin D, and Potassium. I'm not sure if these are ok to take together? Is there anything else important to take?
And speaking of skin, any advise for not having loose skin, I know it may happen and I'd rather have that then be over weight, but if there is anyway to try to prevent it, I'll try anything! I'm only 22 so I'm hoping my young age will help, but I've been over weight for a few years so I'm thinking I'll have loose skin....I guess I'll just have to see Any tricks for it though? Experience? How much have u lost and do or don't have loose skin? I like hearing stories. ![]() |
