Default Not getting enough calories?
Hi all,

1st day of VLCD was today.

For breakfast, I had coffee.

For lunch, I had 8 shrimp (~100 oz) with garlic powder, and some celery.

This puts me below 250 for lunch. So here's my question- could I have made more shrimp and eaten that? It was really tasty
