I can't get mixing vials over here - but my 2000ui vials have enough space for 3.5ml of sterile water (n bac water in my part of the world, either), so I just mix in the hcg vial and adjust the dose as needed. Those are sterile, at least from the inside - and I get t remix every 12-15 days.
