Hello everyone. I am a new member here, but have been a lurker for the last couple of months. To get to my initial question, do many of you have issues with fatigue or have the feeling of overworked, under oxygenated muscles? I am on my 17th day of p2 (26 day cycle) and have really struggled this last week with those issues. I am mentally sharp and at times do feel like I have energy, but seem to really tire almost immediately doing the most minute tasks. So far I have tried to combat the issue with extra boosts of B vitamins and cutting my wasa bread out in order to increase my protein. This has helped, but I still feel pretty wore out much of the time. I just thought I would ask if this is a common problem, or if I am doing something wromg.
As to what form of HCG I am using, I am using the HCG Triumph drops (hcgdiet.com).. I have lost 20 pounds and several inches so far. I am extremely happy so far other than being so wore out. Thank you in advance for your time. ![]() |

Okay, just checking. There are tons of fake drops out there. You might be in the muscle fatigue Simeon talks about in Pounds and Inches. It's a little early for that but you've lost a lot of weight, much more than average, so it might be affecting you sooner.
Towards the end of a full course, when a good deal of fat has been rapidly lost, some patients complain thatlifting a weight or climbing stairs requires a greater muscular effort than before. They feel neither breathlessnessnor exhaustion but simply that their muscles have to work harder. This phenomenon, which disappears soonafter the end of the treatment, is caused by the removal of abnormal fat deposited between, in, and around themuscles. The removal of this fat makes the muscles too long, and so in order to achieve a certain skeletalmovement - say the bending of an arm - the muscles have to perform greater contraction than before. Within ashort while the muscle adjusts itself perfectly to the new situation, but under HCG the loss of fat is so rapid thatthis adjustment cannot keep up with it. Patients often have to be reassured that this does not mean that theyare “getting weak”. This phenomenon does not occur in patients who regularly take vigorous exercise andcontinue to do so during treatment. |
