Default Feeling Good on HCG
Since I've been taking HCG, I feel so good....not sure how to explain it....somewhat euphoric. Does anyone else feel like this too? Does this feeling go away in Phase 3 when I stop the HCG?

Most people do feel better while on the hCG, and that is a big reason they want to get back on it when thay are all done and eating again. Eating does not give you that "good feeling" but being on the hCG does.

OK I know this thread is really really old. But I can't get over how great I feel on the pellets! So much better than the Rx injections, even though I realize that's considered the "gold standard" to dose. I remember Grammy saying once that she knew her dose was correct when she felt euphoric. She's always used injections, but when I was on them, I struggled a bit. I wish I could always feel this way!

Anyone else? My husband even left to go golf all day, and it's like see ya honey!

OMG...I was just sitting in the bleachers at my kid's basketball game and I saw something I've NEVER seen before; The bleachers from the SPACE between my thighs!!! I can't believe it!!! I've NEVER had a space there!!! Even with an unimpressive 21 lbs lost after 35 days - at least I'm seeing some reshaping!!! I still have a few more days to go - so I'm "hopeful" I'll break this stall (I've been at 21lbs since the day after Xmas!) and lose my last 4 or 5 lbs to reach my goal. But - even if I don't---I saw the bleachers...thru a SPACE!!!

And - I've been feeling GREAT the entire time!!! More energy than ever!!! Luvs me some HCG!!!

Ok first let me say 21 lbs gone in 35 days is amazing!!! Good for you! Re gaining the space between the thighs is also amazing.

I walked my dogs today, I have energy, I'm not hungry, I'm cheerful...not how you feel on other diets.

Thanks Rubyred!! I just hope I didn't sabotage my "space" by celebrating with a flourless mug cake tonite! (My very first "cheat" so far...!!!) But as of right NOW, the space is still there!!!

I agree - my energy level is WAY higher than on any other diet I've ever been on...including the POOR diet that got me so overweight in the first place!!! I'm almost scared to be done with P2 in a week or so. I think I like having the restrictions to keep me in line -- other than that dang mug cake tonite!!! I won't be doing that anymore! And - I'll skip my fruit and cracker for the evening...

Hope I didn't mess up too badly! :/

ha speaking of cheating...I'm having half of a very small glass of red wine...I had no fruit today, so it's all good - right? (or wrong)

P3 has alot of restrictions too just different ones. I love P3. There's tons of info here on doing a good P3, you'll love it. Is this your first P3? Do it by the book is my advice, I was really, really careful on P3 and I stabilized easily.

I completely know what you mean. I have this almost giddy, happy, euphoric feeling. It's unbelievable. I wasn't sure what it was related to: 1. The HCG (but I never felt this feeling when I got pregnant), 2. Drinking tons of water (I think I've been dehydrated for years), 3. Getting all the junk food out of my system (strangely, I'm not even craving it that much) 4. Eating healthy nutricious food (I'm sure I'm getting more vitamins out of my food eating like this) 5. Lack of carbs in my system (I wonder how carbs affect my mood) 6. Is my body feeling happy from all the fat being released into my system (I've heard about studies that say fatty foods can make you feel happy). If anyone has an interesting insight on this or experienced something similar, I'd love to hear it. I've only lost 7.5 lbs so I know it's not because I'm so excited about tons of weight loss.

..it's the BEST, isn't it!
I've felt fantastic ever since my first injection... i think I'm going to be slightly sad when it's finally time to roll into P3 lol

I'm pretty damn sure it's the HCG - I felt euphoric (with heaps of energy and just scads of motivation to spare) even during loading... it dipped a little when I lowered my dose (a little too enthusiastically as it turned out), pretty much vanished on my skip day and returned full force when I upped my dose a tad and finally hit my dosage 'sweet spot'

I'm so glad you said the word euphoric. I think I'll be sad to go into P3 too . I haven't felt this good in years.

I just feel damn good! No processed icky food! Eating CLean! I really do like the empty feeling. I just feel clean inside. I don't necessarily have a euphoric feeling, i just have an all around I feel great!

My euphoria has disappeared and been replaced by hunger I've been doing the homeopathic drops and now I'm second guessing everything. I think I want to switch to injections. I called a doctor friend of mine today to see if he will prescribe them for me but I don't know the first thing about it. I've lost a total of 1 pound in the last 4 days. I keep trying to tell myself that 9 pounds in 12 days is really good and it truthfully is but it's so exciting or depressing each morning when I weigh myself. The one good thing is that I am fitting into clothes that I couldn't wear 2 weeks ago Which brings up another good point that losing 1 pound in 4 days has probably let my body catch up a little to the numbers on the scale.
