Default how to end a round when it coincides with TOM?
So I started the HCG on the 28th of april, putting my last dose at about the 18th-19th. HOWEVER, the 19th is when my TOM is supposed to start (assuming it actually come when it's supposed to). What should I do? According to P&I, TOM neutralizes the hcg. Should I use those few days as my last 3 "no dose, vlcd" days? Or should I keep taking and have my last dose on the 23/24? If I don't extend the round, will it mess up my stabilizing? (I plan to do leptin reset for p3)

Thanks in advance for any advice.

the short answer is that it doesnt matter, you should stabilize either way. tom wont affect the hcg

According to more recent info, you can still take Hcg while TOM is here.

As for ending a round and TOM, I've done 3 rounds and my last round I started P3 and TOM on the same day. I gained my usual 2 lbs from TOM and I never lost it. I stabilized fine in P3, but at the higher weight so I adjusted my LIW by 2 lbs on Grammy's advice. I'm starting R4 in a couple weeks and will make sure to extend P2 if it coincides with TOM again. I have no idea if anyone else has had the same experience as me. I'll be interested to see what others have to say.
