Default Very sore thigh muscles!
I have been on the HCG injections for 2 weeks and have lost 10 pounds. My thighs started hurting 2 days ago to the point where it is hard to walk naturally. Stairs kill me! I look like I have stilts tied to my legs, they are so stiff. What is wrong? How can I make this stop? I wasn't working out before my round, so the clinic told me to wait til after I'm at the end with this. I'm not working out, just my normal household cleaning and at work I walk and stand but not too much. Help? Am I losing muscle? Thanks! Sharilyn

Sounds like muscle cramping. Make sure there is no redness swelling,or warmth present, that can be a dangerous problem. If none of the above, try some over the counter potassium and magnesium supplements. Your levels of both decrease on this protocol and get diluted by the water consumption. Dr s also says it can come from the loss of fat around the muscle fibers. If it doesn't improve, or gets worse, see a doctor.

A common complain made by many of HCG diet users. Dont panic about it take things normally and it will be all good.

I will try this. It is just general soreness as if I've had a very good workout, not cramping. Although my toes have been cramping. Hopefully this will work. Thanks again!
