Default Stuck and curious
On week 2 and my first week I lost a total of 10lbs which part of was my 2 load days weight, now I am on my 4th day where the scale does not move. I eat 2 meals a day because I like the idea of a large meal rather than 2 snacks of fruit. It is visually appealing, but should I take the food allowance and divide into 4 eating sessions or keep doing what I am doing?

Keep doing what you're doing. I think only doing 2 meals was one secret of my great stabilization. It got me mostly leptin sensitive.

Well, no loss yet in fact I gained .5 of a pound : ( But I will wait it out, I just remixed my next batch for the next 7 days and need a new mixing vial for next time. Where is the best place to go? It seems The All Day Chem is not working right now and the pharmacy mamaklock mentions is no longer in business either. Thanks for your time.

What are you eating exactly? Some people have altered food lists, so let us know what you're eating so we can make sure you're not making any mistakes.
